At ClearView Car History, we strive to provide accurate and comprehensive vehicle history reports. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- The report could not be generated due to a technical error on our end.
- No data was found for the provided VIN/HIN/REGO number.
- You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same report.
- The report contained significant errors or incomplete information.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You provided an incorrect VIN/HIN/REGO number.
- You changed your mind after receiving the complete report.
- The vehicle information was less comprehensive than expected but technically accurate.
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@clearviewcarhistory.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days.
5. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
